Filling machine incorporates manufacturing technologies of the same type of equipment with actual conditions in China considered. Major features:

• Seven independently controlled double (single) row high pressure ejection system for bottle washing; Multiple options are available, such as disinfectant liquid used in circulation, and washing liquid circulation discharge.
• Imported pneumatic units are adopted, so that the power transmission of the whole system features good hygienic condition and safety and low failure rate, etc.
• High frequency vibration automatic cap sorter is adopted, thus thoroughly solving the issues of centrifugal cap sorter.
• Insert type pressure-less double row independent control filling system is adopted, featuring stable and quick filling. The two interdentally controlled liquid level high frequency sensors have high flow control precision.
• All actions and tests are controlled by PLC to realize intelligent automatic production and obtain maximum productivity.
• The whole machine is made of stainless steel (Cr18Ni9Ti) and SUS-304. Featuring advanced design, stable operation, compact structure, simple operation and accurate positioning, it is the best choice for large and small bottle during water.
